Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales of life insurance products. Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to ensure they are well-versed in our product offerings. Achieve sales targets and ensure growth in the bancassurance channel. Provide exceptional customer service and support to bank partners and clients. Preferred candidate profile 1. Would prefer candidate with Min 6 months - 4 year of experience in Banca Sales. 2. Min experience of 6 months in current organization (only Insurance). 3. Currently on CTC of 2 to max 4.05 Lacs.
