HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations (Immediate Requirement)

Login Digital is a fast-growing IoT and Automation solutions company focused on Smart Homes, Smart Buildings, and AI-driven automation systems.

As we expand our retail display centers and technical teams across India, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our large-scale hiring operations and manage complete HR functions for our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning (Core Priority)
  • Drive mass hiring across Sales, Technical, and Operations teams (100+ positions over next few quarters).
  • Partner with management to define quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, onboarding.
  • Manage hiring for key business roles including Sales Heads, BDMs, Sales Leads, Technical Engineers, Digital Marketing, and Admin.
  • Build and manage relationships with consultants, job portals, LinkedIn recruiters, and referral networks.
  • Monitor recruitment SLAs, TAT, and maintain candidate pipelines across departments.
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle — joining, onboarding, induction, documentation, payroll input, and exits.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, relieving & experience letters.
  • Create structured onboarding processes, collect feedback, and improve employee joining experience.
  • Handle employee exits, conduct exit interviews, and prepare attrition reports and insights.
3. HR Operations & Payroll Management
  • Manage HRMS systems (preferably Keka, GreytHR, or similar platforms) for attendance, payroll, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance, and leave management.
  • Maintain HR dashboards — headcount, attrition, joining, and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance, including background checks and reference verification.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Build a positive work culture through engagement, recognition, and transparent communication.
  • Conduct stay interviews, employee surveys, and skip-level meetings to enhance retention.
  • Drive performance management (PIP, appraisals, quarterly reviews) and promote performance-based growth culture.
  • Plan HR-driven events, town halls, and team connect programs to enhance collaboration.
5. Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate weekly & monthly recruitment reports (source efficiency, TAT, offer-join ratio).
  • Track and report hiring metrics and KPIs to leadership.
  • Support HR analytics for business forecasting and manpower budgeting.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • MBA in HR / PGDM with 5–10 years of HR experience, including strong exposure to talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale hiring (50–100+ positions per quarter).
  • Experience in both tech and non-tech hiring (sales, field operations, engineering, marketing).
  • Hands-on with HRMS tools (Keka, GreytHR) and sourcing tools(Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities to manage a small HR team and coordinate with management.
  • Preferably from IoT / Automation / Electrical / Construction / Real Estate / Tech Retail background.
