As a strategic financial manager for the Tissue/Personal Care products businesses in India, your role involves coordinating overall financial management to drive Business Continuity, Continuous Improvement, and Growth. You will work under the guidance of the Country Head to implement financial strategies covering business control, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, tax planning, treasury, and financial reporting. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing technical expertise to deliver sound business/financial solutions for tactical and strategic decisions. - Partnering with management to enhance business and financial performance. - Identifying and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in business operations. - Conducting budget and management reviews, and monitoring performance. - Reviewing CAPEX and monitoring return on investments. - Coordinating long-term strategic planning and resource allocation. - Developing resources and competency in financial management. - Overseeing all financial and business control operations and structure. - Analyzing and reporting business/financial performance to Management. - Preparing short and long-term financial forecasts. - Implementing and maintaining accounting and administrative policies and procedures. - Building, managing, and strengthening the finance team. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum 10 years" strategic financial management experience in a corporate/MNC environment with a significant manufacturing asset base. - Some exposure to Tissue, Personal Care, and FMCG domain preferred. - Deep working knowledge of India's business environment, financial reporting standards, and corporate tax standards. - Strong managerial and leadership qualities. - Business Partnering skills and a good team player. - Commercially oriented with high energy, a can-do attitude, and hands-on approach. - Operationally in tune with FMCG businesses and key value drivers. - Possess business acumen and strong commercial sense. - Driven, results-oriented with a good balance between cost control and value addition. - Strong communication and presentation skills in English and/or Bahasa. - A degree in Accounting or equivalent from a mainstream university preferred.
