Senior Human Resources Manager

As a Marketing Manager at Origami, India's leading tissue brand for the past 10 years in collaboration with global Group RGE Singapore, your role will involve overseeing the marketing strategies for various consumer goods/FMCG products under the Origami brand, including kitchen towels, face tissues, wet wipes, baby wipes, paper napkins, toilet rolls, foils, toilet seat covers, hand washes, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business heads to develop strategic HR plans aligned with business and infrastructure goals - Implement HR strategies in coordination with business stakeholders to enhance business performance - Establish and nurture a human resource organization to support sustainable business growth - Ensure HR plans are in line with the organization's values - Lead culture integration programs and manage HR harmonization projects with the Parent group - Drive talent acquisition, management, manpower budgeting, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of HRBP experience in an MNC or large corporate environment with manufacturing assets - Profound expertise in Compensation and Benefits (C&B) - Strong understanding and experience in handling Industrial Relations (IR) - Thorough knowledge of India's HR practices and manpower regulations - Some exposure to Tissue, Personal Care, and FMCG domain preferred - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - Proven ability to work across diverse cultures and operating environments - Effective communication and presentation abilities - Business acumen to translate business needs into HR strategies - Willingness to travel - Team player with strong management skills - Bachelor's degree in any specialization Please note that the office location for this position is at the Bangalore Head Office in Sanjayanagara area. The working days are from Monday to Saturday from 09:30 am to 06:00 pm with no work from home or hybrid work options available.,
