Job Prodile :- HR Manager/ Sr. Manager/ Head 


Location: Bhopal

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for our BPO division. This role requires strong team management, excellent HR operational skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Handling & Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of Recruiters, HR Executives, Trainers & Support staff.

• Assign daily/weekly tasks and conduct performance reviews.

• Mentor, train, and develop the HR team to improve productivity and output.

Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring)

• Drive mass hiring for voice/non-voice processes.

• Plan walk-ins, job fairs, consultant coordination & hiring strategies.

• Track hiring metrics: DOJ %, training conversion, 30–60 day attrition.

HR Operations

• Manage attendance, leaves, rosters, payroll inputs, HRIS & MIS reporting.

• Handle onboarding, BGV, ID creation, documentation & induction.

• Issue letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, warnings, exit letters.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Conduct regular floor visits, skip-level meetings & grievance handling.

• Maintain discipline and manage conflict resolution.

• Plan R&R, festival events, engagement activities, and communication initiatives.

Compliance & Statutory Management

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, Bonus, Gratuity & POSH.

• Maintain statutory registers and support audits.

• Ensure compliance for night shift operations & transport norms.

Performance & Business Support

• Partner with Operations for manpower planning & retention strategies.

• Support performance improvement (PIP), productivity monitoring & workforce issues.

• Prepare HR dashboards, attrition reports & manpower analytics.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of HR experience

BPO/Call Center industry Experience would be preffered.

• Proven experience in team handling & HR leadership.

• Strong knowledge of hiring, ER, HR operations & compliance.

• Excellent communication, decision-making & problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in high-volume, target-driven environments.
