Senior Human Resources Manager

As a Senior HR Manager based in Ahmedabad with 10 to 15 years of experience, you will be part of a third-generation healthcare manufacturing group offering end-to-end CDMO services globally. The company operates in various sectors and has facilities in India, Ireland, and South Africa. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing recruitment strategies to attract professionals in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial roles - Utilizing HR software, especially SAP, for managing recruitment workflows, conducting interviews, and skill assessments - Collaborating with leadership to foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture aligned with the company's values - Implementing feedback loops and engagement programs suitable for a mid-sized setup - Promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace environment - Overseeing onboarding processes for new employees - Establishing structured learning paths and performance evaluation systems - Supporting career growth initiatives through training and mentorship programs - Tracking hiring, turnover, and engagement indicators for HR metrics and reporting - Preparing concise reports for management to evaluate progress on HR initiatives Additionally, occasional travel to nearby manufacturing sites and offices may be required to support HR operations.
