Industry: Real EstateDesignation: Manager (IT Systems)Location: Ahmedabad Job Summary:The Manager – IT Systems will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure and systems within the organization. This role involves managing hardware and software, ensuring cybersecurity, supporting property management software, and driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in real estate projects and facilities. Key Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure & Systems ManagementOversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and communication systems.Ensure uptime and availability of business-critical systems (ERP, CRM, Property Management Systems).Manage cloud and on-premise environments.2. Software & Application SupportMaintain and optimize real estate ERP platforms Collaborate with vendors for implementation, customization, and support of real estate applications.Support integrations between sales, leasing, finance, and project management systems.3. Cybersecurity & ComplianceImplement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local data protection acts).Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.4. Project ManagementLead IT-related projects including software upgrades, system migrations, and infrastructure expansion.Liaise with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.5. Vendor & Asset ManagementManage relationships with hardware/software vendors and service providers.Maintain inventory of IT assets and oversee procurement.6.
