We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology backbone, managing CRM, Website, and New Developments in line with our growth vision.

Role Overview:

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and securing our entire CRM ecosystem, company website, and all new digital/AI product developments. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless operations and innovation delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, API integration, and cloud hosting (AWS/Azure).

• Experience in CRM/ERP management, website development, and AI/digital tools.

• Ability to manage cross-functional projects, vendors, and internal development teams.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

• Manage end-to-end operations of our in-house CRM (sales, telecalling, reporting, contest modules, AI assistants).
• Ensure uptime, performance optimization, and smooth user experience for 500+ employees across India.
• Coordinate CRM enhancements including incentive calculators, knowledge centre, AIbots, and reporting dashboards. Work with internal teams to integrate APIs from banks/NBFCs, account aggregators, and AI tools.

Website & Digital Platforms:

• Oversee development, upgrades, and maintenance of www.rupeeboss.com and other microsites (e.g., MSME Bharat Manch).
• Ensure websites are secure, scalable, SEO-optimized, and mobile responsive.
• Lead integration of calculators (eligibility, balance transfer, loan comparison), chatbots, and customer self-service portals.

New Developments:

• Manage AI-based product developments (Loan-G app, ONDC fintech integrations, Talking AI Avatars, Digital Visiting Cards).
• Supervise API integrations with financial partners (banks, NBFCs, insurance, credit cards). Coordinate with vendors, developers, and in-house teams for new feature rollouts.
• Drive digital transformation projects, including dialer software, IVR, verification tools, and partner platforms. IT Infrastructure & Security
• Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with teams for disaster recovery planning, hosting, and cloud solutions.
• Implement IT governance and cyber security best practices.
