Role Summary:

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring

system reliability, managing IT operations, and implementing security and governance policies

across campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT operations and support across all locations

• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure and system performance

• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols

• Oversee IT asset inventory and procurement

• Develop and enforce IT policies and compliance standards

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers

• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams

• Lead initiatives for digital transformation and process automation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management

• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in managing multi-location IT environments is a plus

KPIs:

• System uptime ≥ 99.5%

• Reduction in IT incidents and resolution time

• Compliance with IT policies and audit standards

• User satisfaction score ≥ 4/5

• Timely completion of IT projects and upgrades
