Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager, based in New Delhi. The IT Manager will oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, and network systems. Key responsibilities include maintaining and improving IT processes, ensuring data security, troubleshooting technical issues, managing PO generation, Item code creation and ERP handling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network systems, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Experience in managing IT projects, implementing digital tools.
• Experience with vendor management and retail background
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and innovative environment
