Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager, located in Delhi, OH. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handling the administration of payroll and benefits. The manager will also be responsible for performance management, training, and development of employees.

Location: Delhi Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and skilled Senior Human Resource professional to manage HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee development activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving people processes, supporting business growth, and fostering a positive workplace culture through structured HR practices and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

Manage payroll, attendance, employee records, and related documentation.

Conduct performance and KRA reviews in coordination with department heads.

Handle employee relations and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Drive employee engagement programs and HR policy implementation.

Recruitment & Employer Branding

Lead end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

Conduct college visits and campus drives to attract new talent.

Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding experience.

Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and plan relevant training sessions.

Coordinate internal and external learning programs.

Support leadership and professional development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

24 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

Strong understanding of payroll management and employment laws.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite; experience with ATS preferred.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience in the finance or professional services industry.

Knowledge of current HR trends, performance management, and learning tools.
