Overview:

The Senior HR Manager will lead the HR function, manage the entire employee lifecycle, and align HR strategies with business goals. This role involves recruitment, policy-making, performance management, culture-building, compliance, and supporting leadership in people-related decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
• Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, references, and agencies.
• Design hiring strategies for bulk, mid-level, and leadership roles.

B. HR Operations

• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain and improve HRMS, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure smooth exit formalities and maintain compliance records.

C. Performance Management

• Implement and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and appraisal systems.
• Conduct performance reviews with department heads.
• Identify skill gaps and create training calendars.

D.Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle employee grievances professionally.
• Create engagement activities, events, and culture-building initiatives.
• Improve retention through feedback and proactive HR planning.

E. Policy Development & Compliance

• Draft company policies and ensure adherence.
• Stay updated with labour laws, POSH, and HR compliance norms.
• Drive audits and maintain statutory documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, people management & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle escalations, conflicts, and critical situations.
• Data-driven approach with good analytical ability.
• Leadership experience with team-handling exposure.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 58 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
