Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for an on-site, full-time role at our office in Kochi. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, fostering employee development, and overseeing compliance with labor laws and company policies. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment efforts, conducting performance evaluations, handling employee relations, and facilitating training programs to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The role demands leadership abilities to oversee HR teams and contribute strategically to organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes
  • Skills in employee engagement, performance management, and professional development initiatives
  • Experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and handling sensitive HR matters
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication competencies
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and tools
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Industry experience in recruitment or multinational business operations is an advantage
