We are looking for a Zoho CRM Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Zoho CRM system. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth CRM operations, automate workflows, generate actionable reports, and support various teams in utilizing the platform effectively to improve productivity and client management. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, including user management, workflows, automation, data quality, and integrations. Customize CRM fields, layouts, and modules based on business requirements. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking, lead analysis, and campaign insights. Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Zoho support when needed. Train staff on CRM usage, best practices, and updates. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
