Senior Human Resources Manager

Role Description

The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and fostering an inclusive and productive work environment. This role also requires monitoring compliance with employment laws, managing employee relations, and ensuring the effective administration of compensation and benefit programs.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities
• Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Proficiency in HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage employee relations and foster a healthy work culture
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven experience in handling compensation and benefits administration
• Proficiency in HR software and data management tools
• Educational qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 8–10 years of professional experience

   in HR
