Job Title: Chartered Accountant – Statutory Audit Location : Delhi NCR Firm : K G Somani & Co LLP Experience Required : 0–2 years post-qualification Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant About the Role At K G Somani & Co LLP, we are looking for a technically sound and ambitious Chartered Accountant (freshly qualified or with up to 2 years of experience) to join our Statutory Audit team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior partners and industry leaders across a diverse client base, including listed, unlisted, and multinational companies. Key Responsibilities Execute statutory audits and Standards on Auditing (SA) Assist in planning, execution, and completion of audits for clients across multiple sectors Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Schedule III, Ind AS, Perform internal control evaluations, risk assessments, and documentation of audit findings Ensure audit compliance with ICAI guidelines, audit methodology, and client-specific instructions Regular coordination with client teams and internal stakeholders for timely delivery of assignments Desired Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (0–2 years of experience preferred) Strong academic background and conceptual clarity in accounting standards, company law, and audit procedures Sound understanding of Ind AS, CARO, IFC, and other statutory requirements Good command of MS Excel, Word, and audit documentation tools Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills Team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently Why Join K G Somani & Co LLP?
