Job Summary:

The Senior HR Manager leads the human resources function, ensuring that all HR practices comply with statutory laws and organizational policies. The role focuses on strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and full HR compliance — including labour law adherence, audits, and grievance resolution.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Advise management on HR planning, workforce structuring, and organizational development.
  • Lead HR initiatives that drive performance, culture, and employee engagement.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Identify current and future manpower requirements and maintain an updated manpower plan.
  • Partner with department heads to ensure smooth workforce deployment and retention.

3. Employee Relations, Grievances & Complaint Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and complaints.
  • Conduct impartial investigations into workplace complaints, harassment, or policy violations.
  • Implement preventive measures and training to promote a respectful workplace culture.
  • Maintain transparent communication between management and employees to prevent disputes.

4. HR Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory and legal requirements under labour laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Liaise with government bodies and auditors during labour inspections and compliance audits.
  • Regularly review company policies to ensure alignment with legal updates and industry standards.

5. Performance Management

  • Implement and oversee performance management systems (KPIs, KRAs, appraisal cycles).
  • Coach managers to handle performance discussions effectively.
  • Promote a merit-based culture with clear goals and accountability.

6. Learning, Development & Retention

  • Identify training needs and roll out capability-building programs across departments.
  • Develop leadership and succession planning frameworks.
  • Drive employee retention through engagement programs and career development plans.

7. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions and filings are accurate.
  • Manage salary benchmarking, increments, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure transparency and fairness in compensation practices.

8. HR Data & Analytics

  • Maintain HR dashboards on key metrics (attrition, absenteeism, training hours, etc.).
  • Use analytics to drive decisions on workforce efficiency and engagement.
  • Submit monthly and quarterly HR reports to top management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA / Master’s in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in HR with at least 4–5 years in a senior management role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance documentation.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and Excel reporting.
  • Experience in handling audits and employee grievance redressal.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with employees at all levels.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
