With our own roster of copyrighted characters, we're on a mission to build a universe that resonates deeply with fans through books, merchandise, animation, and beyond.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Character Designer who can bring our original characters to life with dynamic poses and personalitydriven expressions. The ideal candidate should also have basic animation knowledge to visualize how characters move and emote across formats like reels, teasers, and motion comics.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create expressive illustrations for our original characters based on detailed briefs.

· Maintain consistency in anatomy, proportion, and style.

· Collaborate with the team to explore character personality, accessories, and visual development for social media.

· Contribute to animated expressions (GIFs or short loops) for digital campaigns and reels.

· Interpret references and feedback to refine designs quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in character illustration, preferably in a semirealistic or cute art style.

· Strong grasp of anatomy, movement, expression, and form.

· Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, or Procreate.

· Basic understanding of animation principles and the ability to create simple frame by frame loops, turnarounds, or animated expressions (using software like Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, or Spine is a plus).

· Ability to take direction, iterate on feedback, and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

· Familiarity with brand based character development or IP building

· Interest in visual storytelling, manhwa/manga aesthetics, or animated content

· Experience working on IPs, fandoms, or merch based brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,870.94 - ₹23,498.98 per month
