Character Design Assignment – Evertrue

About the Assignment:

As part of our selection process, we would like to evaluate your skills in illustration and character design. You will be provided with references for 2 of our original characters from Everture. Your task will be to interpret and draw each of them in 3 different dynamic or expressive poses.

Your Task:

- Reference images and a short brief for 1 characters from Everture have been attached below.
- For that character, create:- 3 poses in different angles and make a small 5 second 2d video that reflect their personality and style. These could include action, emotion, or idle stances.- You may choose to keep the designs in color given– we are assessing style, anatomy, movement, and consistency.

Evaluation Criteria:

- Understanding of anatomy and proportions
- Ability to capture personality through pose- Style alignment and visual appeal through skill set- Cleanliness, line confidence, and consistency across poses

Deadline:

3 days from receiving assignment.

Submission Format:

- Preferred: High-resolution PSD/ AI or a compiled PDF
- Please name your file as: YourName_EvertureAssignment.pdf

This is a test assignment strictly for evaluation purposes and will not be used commercially. Candidates selected will be compensated appropriately once onboarded.
