Position Overview:

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources functions in Jaipur, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a positive and productive work culture. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices across recruitment, talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning.
  1. Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture.
  • Implement recognition programs and performance incentives.
  1. Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  1. HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Act as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
  1. Learning & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and create learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops.
  1. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives.
  1. Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.
