Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and achieving sales targets within the real estate or hospitality sectors. This is a senior role that demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and drive strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets across all projects. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Managers, Executives, and Channel Partners. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and optimize conversion strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with HNIs, investors, and channel partners. Project Positioning: Promote the unique investment propositions including Assured Returns, Free Holidays, and Free Destination Weddings. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align branding and customer experience with sales strategy. Reporting: Present periodic performance reports and market insights to leadership. Requirements: Experience: 7–10 years in Sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Real Estate/Hospitality background preferred). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate large sales teams. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Jaipur real estate and hospitality landscape. Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, Excel, and reporting dashboards. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory); MBA preferred.
