Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Locations: Delhi | Mumbai | Bengaluru | Kolkata Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month Industry Preference: Hospitality | Resort Investment | Aviation | Insurance Company: Fine Acers Pvt. Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and performance-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead our sales operations in key metropolitan cities. The role involves managing local sales teams, expanding our broker and channel partner network, and meeting region-specific revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets by promoting Fine Acers’ luxury resort investment offerings across your designated region. Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers, agents, and affiliate sales partners. Client Handling: Manage high-net-worth clients and provide end-to-end support during the investment journey. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with central teams for marketing, CRM, and training to optimize local sales efforts. Market Development: Conduct research and provide insights into city-specific market trends and investor behavior. Site Coordination: Organize client site visits to resort project locations and support virtual tours as needed. Reporting: Maintain sales trackers, submit weekly performance reports, and ensure timely documentation. Requirements: Experience: 4–6 years in sales, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Investment Advisory. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge: Familiarity with local real estate dynamics and investor profiles in your respective region. Attitude: Self-starter, target-driven, and team-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory), MBA preferred. Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
