Job Description

As an Institutional Sales Manager (Regional Sales Manager), your primary role will be to develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting institutional clients to achieve sales targets. This will involve identifying and prospecting potential clients such as educational institutions and Universities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within these target institutions will be crucial. Understanding their unique needs and requirements to tailor solutions accordingly is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target institutional clients. - Identify and prospect potential clients including educational institutions and Universities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target institutions. - Tailor solutions to meet the specific demands of institutional clients. - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales strategies. - Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for institutional clients. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability. - Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance metrics. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the network of targeted clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). - Proven track record of success in institutional sales. - Strong understanding of institutional sales processes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. In addition to the above details, the job is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund. The job requires 10+ years of sales experience, including 1 year in ed-tech and 1 year in institutional sales. A willingness to travel 75% of the time is mandatory. The work location is in person.
