Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead / Sales Manager to head our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, while ensuring excellent client service and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Generate leads through various marketing and networking channels.
• Handle client inquiries, property showings, and negotiations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
• Ensure the team follows company policies and sales processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales or property management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
