Role Overview

Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  Design and execute sales strategies across all resort and branded residential projects.

• Team Development:

  Recruit, lead, and mentor a growing team of Sales Managers, Executives, and Channel Partners.

• Client Engagement:

  Build strong relationships with

  HNIs

  institutional investors

  broking networks

• Performance Oversight:

  Set KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize conversion strategies.

• Market Positioning:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience:

  7–10 years in Sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role (Real Estate or Hospitality sector preferred).

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree (required); MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred).

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems
• In-depth knowledge of the Jaipur luxury property or resort market
