Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales for a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team, define sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are consistently met. Duties include analyzing market trends, managing key accounts, aligning team efforts with organizational goals, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. The position requires active engagement with clients and potential stakeholders to generate growth opportunities and build long-term relationships.

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Proven experience in Real estate and Developers.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends, generate insights, and drive decision-making.
• Effective Team Management abilities to motivate, mentor, and guide sales teams in achieving their goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet ambitious targets.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
