Role Overview

The Sales Head will lead regional and national revenue growth through acquisition and management of SME warehousing clients. This role demands a strategic sales leader with deep understanding of warehouse leasing, 3PL solutions, and industrial real-estate dynamics. The Sales Head will drive market expansion, build a high-performance Key Account Management team, and develop long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

·       Create and execute sales strategies to drive warehousing space leasing revenue across target regions.

·       Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 8–10 Key Account Managers to achieve ambitious sales targets.

·       Manage end-to-end sales pipeline including segmentation, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.

·       Develop strong relationships with SME clients in sectors such as e-commerce, retail, distribution, D2C brands, and manufacturing.

·       Conduct regular market scans to identify new warehousing clusters, pricing trends, and competitive positioning.

·       Collaborate closely with operations, finance, marketing, and product teams for seamless onboarding and account growth.

·       Ensure robust MIS reporting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

·       Travel extensively (~20 days/month) to drive geographic coverage and client engagement.

·       Represent Odwen at trade shows, networking events, logistics forums, and industry alliances.


Candidate Profile

Experience:

·       Proven success in selling warehousing or supply-chain infrastructure to SMEs.

·       Strong negotiation, commercial structuring, and contract management experience.

·       Demonstrated track record in scaling sales teams and hitting aggressive revenue goals.

·       Excellent communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills.

·       High-energy, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

·       MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.

·       Exposure to digital warehousing platforms or tech-enabled logistics will be an advantage.

·       Network with industrial developers, landlords & supply-chain leaders.
