Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation) – mandatory
✔️ Minimum 1 year tenure in all previous companies
Key Responsibilities
Requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, Wireframes, User Stories).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design) to deliver web & mobile solutions.
Drive Agile ceremonies – backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and ensure SDLC alignment.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Wireframing & documentation expertise.
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq (or similar).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Domain knowledge: BFSI, FinTech.
Exposure to API documentation, integration workflows.
Agile certification (CSM/PSM) preferred.
