Position: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid with Remote option in BST hours

As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll support complex transformation programs involving legacy system replacement, cloud migration, and enterprise data integration. You’ll lead the analysis of data flows, APIs, and integration points, ensuring solutions are technically feasible and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Your work will directly influence the success of technology transformation initiatives, driving improved data quality, system interoperability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical requirements workshops and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze data and integration requirements, collaborating with solution architects and technical teams.
• Support data migration and validation, mapping legacy fields to new schemas and ensuring data integrity.
• Facilitate integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain technical documentation: process diagrams, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data integration, cloud migration, and legacy system replacement.
• Experience with data mapping, API integration, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in complex transformation programmes, centred around CRM/ERP applications.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, APIs, and integration patterns
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and enterprise data warehouses
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical domains

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and enterprise architecture standards.
• Certifications in business analysis or related fields.
