Provide recommendations on HA (High Availability) , failover , and disaster recovery architectures. Benchmark and test PostgreSQL versions, extensions, and configurations for performance impact before production rollout. Collaborate with SRE/DevOps teams to automate monitoring, scaling, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or pgMonitor . Document findings, create tuning guides, and mentor junior DBAs or developers. Required Skills and Experience 12+ years of DBA experience, with 5+ years in PostgreSQL administration on Linux-based systems.
