Technical Business Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our service-based IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing detailed documentation such as SRS and BRD, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized technology solutions. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between client expectations and technical implementation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interact with domestic and international clients to gather business and technical requirements.

2. Prepare detailed Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Business Requirement Document (BRD), and Functional Specification Document (FSD) based on client discussions. 3. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for design, development, and QA teams.

4. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement areas and propose effective solutions.

5. Create use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps to support requirement understanding.

6. Collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with client expectations.

7. Participate in client meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and change request discussions.

8. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist clients during testing and deployment phases.

9. Maintain documentation and change logs throughout the project lifecycle.

10. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

2. 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a service-based IT company.

3. Strong experience in preparing SRS, BRD, FRD, and user stories.

4. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.

5. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.

6. Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI, or SQL.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
