Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with IT sales experience in the US market. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with 0.5 to 2 years of experience who possess excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with prospective clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Make cold calls to identify and secure new business leads.
● Build and nurture contacts with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
● Maintain and update the database of prospective clients.
● Arrange meetings for senior management with potential clients.
● Assist in writing and developing business proposals.
● Ensure thorough knowledge of all product and service offerings to communicate effectively with clients.
● Continuously monitor the company’s chat application for visitor interaction.
● Engage visitors with prompt responses and professional communication.
● Generate leads through live chat conversations.
● Follow the company’s procedures and guidelines for customer acquisition.
● Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
