Role - Business Development & Growth Manager
Position Objective - Improve organizational market position & financial growth
Reporting - Business Head
Base Location - Mumbai, Delhi/NC (Extensive travel across India)
Salary - upto 20 LPA + Perks
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent master’s degree is a strong plus.
Experience
· 10+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the Indian banking or fintech industry, specifically with a focus on selling software products or solutions.
· Demonstrated understanding of core banking systems, digital payment platforms, prepaid platforms. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
Primary Responsibility:-
· Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the Indian banking and fintech sectors. · Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
· Identify potential market segments, new product applications, and strategic partnerships.
· Actively seek out and qualify new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, conferences, and referrals.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, including public sector banks, private banks, cooperative banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies.
· Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
· Act as a primary point of contact, building trust and credibility with potential and existing clients.
· Deeply understand our banking software product portfolio and articulate its value proposition tailored to specific client needs and challenges. · Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customized proposals.
· Lead farming, Lead negotiations, structure deals, and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties. · Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. · Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
· Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
