Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Achieve annual sales targets across assigned customers in India.
Build and sustain strong relationships with
Railway OEM customers
, engaging key stakeholders across Purchase, Stores, Finance, Production, and Engineering/Design functions.
Manage key accounts, ensuring long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and closely tracking competitor activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing complaints and technical issues and coordinating resolutions with the head office.
Enhance brand visibility and promote the complete product and service portfolio within the allocated region.
Monitor sales performance across sectors and support sales engineers to maximize business potential.
Provide strategic inputs on sector-specific requirements to Product Management and Supply Chain teams.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Schaeffler solutions to meet application requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on product recommendations, service support, product development, and quality documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to organize and conduct technical seminars and customer workshops for product approval and acceptance.
Execute customized solutions to meet customer expectations and enhance value delivery.
Lead opportunity management, owning and driving business opportunities within the assigned sector from identification to closure.
