Role Description This isn’t your traditional talent management role. At Abbot Media, our Talent Brand Manager is part creative agent , part brand strategist , and part revenue enabler . You’ll be responsible for selling our talent to brands , closing collaborations, managing client-talent relationships, and unlocking opportunities that boost visibility, engagement, and income for both the talent and the agency. You will also lead efforts to position Abbot Media as the most trusted house of talent in the digital space. Key Responsibility Pitch and secure brand deals, sponsorships, and partnerships for Abbot Media’s exclusive talent roster. Build powerful brand relationships with marketing heads, CMOs, agencies, and startup founders. Develop custom brand decks , pitch notes, and talent portfolios for B2B outreach. Identify and capitalize on market trends, industry events, and seasonal campaigns for collaboration. Lead negotiations and deal closures , ensuring fair and profitable terms for the talent and agency. Coordinate between talent, creative teams, and brand partners for smooth campaign execution. Act as the brand manager for the talent — ensuring their digital presence and personal brand align with incoming opportunities. Use AI-based analytics tools (provided by Abbot) to analyze campaign success, forecast engagement, and fine-tune outreach strategies. Qualifications . Minimum 2 years experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management . . Proven ability to close deals and pitch talent to brands or agencies — this role is all about turning talent into traction. . Strong connections or working experience with consumer brands, sports, D2C, fashion, or media companies. . Exceptional negotiation and communication skills — you must be a storyteller and a closer. . Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and influencer ecosystems . . High emotional intelligence — you’ll manage creators with ambition and brands with expectations. .
