Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head located in Kozhikode. The Branch Head will oversee daily branch operations, manage and develop staff, implement business strategies, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading the team, managing property consultations, coordinating with clients, driving sales targets, and maintaining a seamless operational workflow. Qualifications Team leadership and staff development skills Experience in business strategy implementation and sales management Strong property management and client consultation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage operational workflows effectively Proficiency in using relevant property management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field Previous experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry is highly desirable Show more Show less
