Key Responsibilities: · Maintain smooth communication between parents, teachers, and school administration. · Serve as the primary contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback. · Actively monitor classroom activities, student behavior, and staff to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. · Support teachers in managing children’s developmental progress, ensuring emotional and academic needs are met. · Assign and monitor the cleanliness and hygiene routines in the center. · Coordinate and facilitate parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community-building activities. · Monitor and assist in resolving student-related concerns by collaborating with parents, teachers, and counselors. · Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system for student progress and parent interactions. · Engage in daily operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning across classrooms and the facility. · Assist in the transition and adjustment of new students, providing support for their emotional and developmental needs. · Encourage and coordinate parental involvement in school activities, volunteering, and student support initiatives. · Provide hands-on support during school events, parent engagement programs, and workshops. · Regularly check in on student well-being and progress, providing updates to parents as needed. · Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, student concerns, and resolutions to foster clear communication. · Guide parents on school policies, Montessori principles, and their child’s learning journey. Maintain and manage data, information and reports across office systems. Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system. · Encourage and coordinate parental participation in school activities, volunteering opportunities, and student support initiatives. · Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure a nurturing and inclusive school environment for children. · Develop and share newsletters, updates, and communication materials to keep parents informed about school events and student progress. · Address student-related concerns by collaborating with parents, teachers, and school counselors to implement effective solutions.
