Job Brief:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, recruitment, and training & development. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment, job design, employee relations, and performance management.
• Oversee training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
• Provide HR metrics and reports to management for decision-making.
• Foster a positive work culture by promoting corporate values.
• Handle grievance resolution and escalation as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
• Strong people-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of HR systems, policies, and labour laws.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
