Job Brief: The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, recruitment, and training & development . The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Manage recruitment, job design, employee relations, and performance management . Oversee training & development programs to enhance employee skills. Maintain HR systems and databases , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and HR best practices . Provide HR metrics and reports to management for decision-making. Foster a positive work culture by promoting corporate values. Handle grievance resolution and escalation as needed. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment . Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive . Strong people-oriented and results-driven approach. Knowledge of HR systems, policies, and labour laws . Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR tools. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively .
