HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our trading business. The role involves recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration while supporting business growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Recruitment & Onboarding*

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, accounts, warehouse, and support roles

* Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities

* Manage onboarding and employee documentation

*HR Operations & Administration*

* Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

* Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing

* Manage HR MIS, reports, and data accuracy

*Statutory Compliance*

* Ensure compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment Act

* Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and audits

*Employee Relations*

* Address employee queries and grievances

* Support disciplinary actions and exit formalities

* Promote positive work culture and employee engagement

*Performance Management*

* Support appraisal cycles and performance reviews

* Assist managers with goal setting and feedback processes

*Policy & Process*

* Implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct

* Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
