HR Generalist

This role is crucial for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of all people processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and be passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and grievances
• Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace.

HR Operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Generate routine HR reports for management and compliance

Compensation & Benefits Support

• Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance enrollment and leave management
• Support management by providing relevant HR data

Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal cycles
• Collect feedback and document performance plans

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure HR activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist in developing and updating the employee handbook and internal policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an HR generalist or all-round HR role
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HR principles, processes, and employment laws
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Zoho, Workday, ADP, SAP)
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information
• Proactive, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
