Sales Recruiter

Were seeking a results-oriented Sales Recruiter with deep expertise in sourcing and hiring top-tier sales professionals in the US IT services industry. You'll play a key role in building high-impact sales teams that drive revenue and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for roles like Account Executives, Sales Managers, SDRs and Enterprise Sales reps targeting the US market . Head Hunting of resources for specific positions . Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles Source talent via LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases, and outbound outreach focused on US IT services professionals. Evaluate candidates for domain expertise, sales methodology, quota history, deal size exposure, and client relationships. Coordinate and manage interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations . Maintain a strong talent pipeline and database for future GTM roles . Stay up to date with US market trends in IT services and sales hiring patterns . Requirements: 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hiring sales talent for US IT services or consulting firms . Head Hunting for specific positions / roles . Strong understanding of sales roles like Enterprise Sales, Strategic Account Management, and Client Services in the US market. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and outbound sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, etc.) A sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment . Strong judgment and ability to evaluate both skills and culture fit . They should be from one the list of 20-30 top IT service companies.
