Your responsibility Hiring : Run end-to-end recruiting Onboarding : Design fast, effective, and warm onboarding experiences People Ops : Draft policies, job descriptions , manage records, ensure compliance Performance & Growth : Set up review processes, feedback loops, and engagement programs , HR Projects and process improvements Administration : Prepare employment contracts, amendments, references and certificates , manage payroll and attendance , ESI , PF , statutory as relevant Single Point of Contact for employees and managers of HR matters Exits : Run smooth, respectful offboarding when needed Expected qualifications Master degree in Human Resources management or a related field, and a technical bachelor’s degree would be the perfect fit 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced/startup environments and in a generalist role, knowledge of labour law regulation & policies, compensation & benefits would be beneficial High on ownership, bias for action, and love to build from scratch Communicate clearly, listen deeply, and balance people and business needs Excited to shape a culture, not just support it Passionate in connecting people Fluent in English in writing and speaking, knowledge of the local language would be an asset Cross-cultural awareness and communication skills Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work Why join us?
