Your responsibility

• Hiring

  : Run end-to-end recruiting

• Onboarding

  : Design fast, effective, and warm onboarding experiences

• People Ops

  : Draft policies, job descriptions , manage records, ensure compliance

• Performance & Growth

  : Set up review processes, feedback loops, and engagement programs , HR Projects and process improvements

• Administration

  : Prepare employment contracts, amendments, references and certificates , manage payroll and attendance , ESI , PF , statutory as relevant

• Single Point of Contact

  for employees and managers of HR matters

• Exits

  : Run smooth, respectful offboarding when needed

Expected qualifications

• Master degree in Human Resources management or a related field, and a technical bachelor’s degree would be the perfect fit
• 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced/startup environments and in a generalist role, knowledge of labour law regulation & policies, compensation & benefits would be beneficial
• High on ownership, bias for action, and love to build from scratch
• Communicate clearly, listen deeply, and balance people and business needs
• Excited to shape a culture, not just support it
• Passionate in connecting people
• Fluent in English in writing and speaking, knowledge of the local language would be an asset
• Cross-cultural awareness and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
