Job Description

As a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager HR, your primary responsibility will be to lead strategic and operational HR functions to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement, aligning with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business plans. - Leading end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical roles while ensuring robust workforce planning. - Driving performance management systems, appraisal cycles, and goal-setting frameworks. - Identifying training needs and implementing programs to build leadership and functional capabilities. - Fostering a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, grievance redressal, and transparent communication. - Formulating, revising, and implementing HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational culture. - Supporting change management initiatives and organizational restructuring as needed. Your key skills and competencies should include: - Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. - Proven leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach. - Experience in working with senior leadership and managing confidential matters. - Proficiency in HR tools and systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.) For this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution.
