Senior HR Manager

Location: Coimbatore – Peelamedu & Gandhipuram

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR functions across our Peelamedu and Gandhipuram locations. This role is critical in ensuring structured HR operations, strong statutory compliance, effective performance systems, and a positive employee experience across branches.

The ideal candidate will act as a key HR partner to management, driving consistency, engagement, and people-focused practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Talent Management

• Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including setting, tracking, and reviewing KRAs and KPIs
• Manage probation confirmations, annual appraisals, and performance review cycles
• Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
• Conduct regular branch visits to ensure alignment with HR policies and practices

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records
• Maintain accurate HR MIS, reports, and documentation

Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements
• Implement and monitor HR policies consistently across both locations
• Conduct periodic HR audits and recommend process and policy improvements

Stakeholder & Management Coordination

• Facilitate HR meetings and manage internal HR communications
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
• Strong working knowledge of PMS, KRAs/KPIs, labour laws, and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Willingness to travel regularly between Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches
