Job Summary The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end human resources function for Propfinder. This role focuses on strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development to support business growth in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Propfinder’s business objectives. Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and culture building. Drive HR initiatives that support scalability and performance excellence. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, and corporate roles. Build strong employer branding to attract top real estate talent. Ensure timely onboarding and effective manpower planning. Performance Management & Appraisals Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs. Guide managers on goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes. Drive employee productivity and accountability. Employee Relations & Engagement Maintain a positive and professional work culture. Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention programs. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. Support leadership development and succession planning. Compensation & Benefits Design and review compensation structures, incentives, and benefits. Benchmark salaries with industry standards to remain competitive. Required Qualifications & Skills 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or sales-driven organizations. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage change in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
