Job Description

An HR Executive oversees key HR processes and policies to ensure smooth operations across the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives. Handle performance evaluations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, acting as the point of contact for legal or grievance issues. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Support employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating training, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Participate in strategic HR initiatives like employee engagement, retention analysis, or HR system improvements.
