The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, generating new business opportunities and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound Sales Calls: Make a specified number of sales calls daily to potential customers to promote products/services. 2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, setting appointments and generating new business opportunities. 3. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions. 4. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving daily/weekly/monthly quotas. 5. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns and feedback. 6. Data Management: Update customer databases and sales records accurately. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, providing support and feedback. 8. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Skills and Qualifications 1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Sales Skills: Strong sales and persuasion abilities. 3. Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently. 4. Goal-Oriented: Results-driven and motivated to meet sales targets. 5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills. 6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. 7. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills. 8. CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software (optional). Desired Qualifications 1. 1-2 years of sales experience (telecalling, field sales or customer service). 2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 3. Familiarity with sales processes and techniques. 4. Ability to work in a team environment. 5. Strong motivation and self-driven. Working Hours - Monday to Friday (9.30-5pm) - Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
