The Deputy Manager will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and implementing strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations.

2. Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals.

3. Develop and implement process improvements.

4. Oversee financial management and budgeting.

5. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

6. Foster strong customer relationships.

7. Report to senior management on performance and progress.

8. Evaluate or guide the sales and marketing work's

Requirements:

1. Plus two/ Diploma/ Graduate

2. Freshers are welcome

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Age: Below 29 years
