Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Sonipat. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance protocols, ensuring the highest standards of product quality. Daily tasks include supervising quality control processes, conducting audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and liaising with other departments to ensure compliance with industry standards. The role also involves training staff on quality practices and maintaining documentation of quality assurance activities. Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and conducting audits Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to train and mentor staff on quality practices Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field Experience in the packaging industry is a plus Proficiency in quality management software and tools
